What items can I store with Lugo?
You can store most household items, including clothing, books, sports equipment, and small furniture. For safety and legal reasons, we cannot store perishables, hazardous materials, illegal items, or extremely valuable items like jewelry or cash. If you're unsure about a specific item, please contact our customer service.
How quickly can I get my items back?
Standard delivery is within 24 hours of your request. Simply select the items you want returned through our app, choose a delivery time, and we'll bring them to your door. We also offer express delivery (within 3 hours) for an additional fee.
Is there a minimum storage period?
No, there's no minimum commitment. You can store your items for as short as one month or as long as you need. You're billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time without penalties.
How secure is your storage facility?
Our storage facilities are equipped with 24/7 surveillance, climate control, and advanced security systems. Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel. Additionally, all items are insured against damage or loss while in our care up to €500 per box (with options for additional coverage).
